Mike Regan
PresidentMike Regan had the dream and determination to start Pacific Green Landscape over 40 years ago. He is still the President of the Company today. Mike has had a lifelong passion for horticulture that began with his Irish Grandfather who gave him his "green thumb." Mike has always had a belief in working hard. He started at an early age when he began mowing lawns in central Florida for neighbors and continued as a young teen when he and his family moved to San Diego. After graduating from high school, Mike attended Cuyamaca college and then Cal Poly San Luis Obispo studying horticulture. When he returned to San Diego in the summer of 1983, he founded Pacific Green Landscape. Pacific Green Landscape started in the 1980s, before cell phones and computers. Over the years the company has evolved alongside changes in technology and business. Nevertheless, the core values which Mike founded the company on, honesty and integrity, have remained at the heart of PGL. While Mike continues to work daily behind the scenes to manage many aspects of the business, Chad Rodgers and Mark Mazalewski have taken over the daily operations of the company. The three have built an awesome team which allows PGL to continue to serve our clients with the same honesty and integrity that has been the backbone of the company throughout its history. Pacific Green has always been a family owned and operated company, and this remains true today. Beyond the responsibilities of owning and operating his company, Mike loves spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife Susan for 37 years and has two daughters Amanda and Holly and a son-in-law Kyle. He is especially enjoying his new role as a grandpa to his grandson Parker! Mike enjoys daily walks with his dog Daisy and playing golf. His continuing interest in horticulture and the daily challenges of operating a business, makes him truly enjoy going to work each day. His dedicated team at PGL, from the crews in the field, management, and office staff, continue to inspire the growth and success of Pacific Green Landscape. He truly values each and every member of this team and credits them for the success of the company.
