Sam Cadwallader

Meet Sam, a seasoned business developer with an impressive 20-year tenure in the green industry. Throughout his career, Sam has been an integral part of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Community Association Institute (CAI). He’s showcased his dedication and demonstrated his proactive involvement by assuming leadership roles, including chair positions, as well as serving on the Board of Directors. Fostering a collaborative community and assuming leadership roles in these business affiliations has been an integral part of his successful career. Beyond his professional pursuits, Sam leads a vibrant life outside the office. An enthusiast of the outdoors, he finds joy in surfing, snowboarding, and engaging in the fast-growing sport of pickleball. His eclectic interests also include attending concerts, comedy shows and music festivals, embarking on Baja adventures, and exploring new destinations. With a background rooted in a Marine family, he embraced a nomadic upbringing, living in various places such as Camp Pendleton, Monterey, and Quantico, VA. Sam’s educational journey led him to obtain a degree in marketing from Texas A&M. After completing his studies, he returned to his beloved San Diego and has since resided in North County, where his unwavering enthusiasm for life and dedication to his career thrives.
