Renee Ryan

Renee, a proud San Diego native, landed at Pacific Green in an unconventional fashion. After her degree from SDSU, she initially embarked on a successful career in the restaurant industry while raising her young children. It was here that she honed her methodical prowess and exceptional leadership skills. After making an impact on a colleague who later joined the team at Pacific Green, she was also asked to join PGL in 2020 when she expressed readiness for a career change. With her innate organizational abilities and confident leadership qualities, she excels in her role, overseeing and managing operations with a dash of charisma, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment for both her co-workers and clients. Outside of her professional role, Renee finds joy beach camping, enjoying a glass of wine with girlfriends during book club, weekend trips to the desert, and making memories with her children and extended family.
