Chad Rogers

Chad’s roots trace back to his upbringing on a farm in the picturesque landscapes of North Carolina. Inspired by his rural surroundings, he pursued his passion for the Green Industry earning a degree from North Carolina University in Turf Management. Chad gained invaluable experience by working for several landscape companies within his home state, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and skills over the course of many years. Seeking new horizons, Chad took his southern charm and relocated to San Diego in 2009, where he found a thriving environment to continue his aspirations in the commercial landscape field. In 2013, Chad joined Pacific Green bringing his expertise and dedication in the role as Branch Manager. In 2020, Chad accepted a Vice President position where he continues to exemplify his profound understanding of the industry and leadership qualities. When Chad allows himself a break from the office, he can be found biking along the beach, planning his next hiking adventure and spending time with his wife and daughter. Despite spending over a decade in San Diego, he continuously seeks out new areas of the county to immerse himself in new experiences.
