Aldo brings over 11 years of expertise in the landscape industry to his role as Operations Manager at PGL. Joining the company in 2020 as a Production Manager, Aldo has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, working his way up to oversee operations in the North County branch. Aldo's passion lies in fostering a collaborative work environment and mentoring field employees to achieve their full potential. He finds great satisfaction in helping others grow within the company, a journey he himself has successfully navigated. Outside of his professional endeavors, Aldo enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring off-road adventures, and surprising them with his culinary skills.
