Think your HOA might be ready for a recycled water conversion? It is easier than you think! Pacific Green Landscape has the knowledge and experience to make the conversion easy and affordable.
In fact, Pacific Green Landscape will finish a recycled water conversion this summer at Telecom Property Owners Association (TPOA) in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
Most of TPOA’s 15 acres of property contains large areas of turf and they were tired of paying high priced water bills. Pacific Green stepped in and converted two of TPOA’s three potable systems to recycled water. Pacific Green continues to work on the third system and plans to have it completed this summer.
In 2013, TPOA spent a total of $19,741.57 for potable water in one of their systems. In 2014, the same system’s bill was $6,541.95 using recycled water.
“With the conversion, the Telecom Property Owners Association’s (TPOA) water bill is a fraction of what it used to be,” said Amanda Coughenour, Real Estate Manager, SENTRE Partners, property manager for TPOA. “Pacific Green Landscape made the process easy and the savings from using recycled water paid for the conversion, providing us additional money to utilize for upgrades throughout the association”
