At Pacific Green Landscape, client satisfaction is our top priority. At each job site we perform regular formal job inspections. We use a formalized point system to assess categories such as turf quality, irrigation maintenance, bed maintenance, chemical application and overall property cleanliness. After the inspection report is scored the production manager assesses needs and works with his or her crew to ensure any low scoring areas are improved.
At each job site we also suggest enhancements that will improve and bring longevity to an area while maintaining respect for the property’s budget.
