Administrative Support

As a service to our clients all necessary paperwork can be processed by Pacific Green's office in coordination with the San Diego County Water Authority.

Our Rebate Partners

We are partnered with the San Diego County Water Authority, the Commercial Landscape Incentive Program (CLIP) and the rebate program.

The Commercial Landscape Incentive Program (CLIP) is a grant program offered by the San Diego Water Authority. This program assists multi-families and commercial properties with changes of irrigation hardware so that irrigation is more efficient, i.e. less water use, water conservation, less of a dip in the water budget each month.

CLIP grant participants are eligible to apply for funding from the Water Authority to receive up to $2,500 per acre to upgrade irrigation hardware. Multi-Family and Commercial sites may receive $5,000 total. For more information about this program click here>>

Smart Irrigation Controller Discounts – This is a discount voucher offer of up to $25.00 per station, with a maximum of 48 stations per controller, used at the time of the Smart Irrigation Controller purchase. Prior to purchase, confirmation of eligibility for property and voucher must be determined. The voucher is similar to a coupon by a supplier and or contractor participating. Contractors may request vouchers with the
property owners or with the property manager's written authorization.

Eligible properties must have at least 2,000 square feet of irrigated landscape. Controllers purchased and installed by Pacific Green Landscape must be selected from a current list of eligible models (Rain Master Eagle, Irritrol Smart Dial, HydroPoint WeatherTRAK).

There is no limit to the number of controllers per site. Vouchers are issued based on capacity stations, not active stations. Controllers must be installed by a qualified and licensed contractor, indicated by the list of contractors provided by the controller manufacturers. This voucher program only applies to properties with existing irrigation systems; new construction with controller installs do not apply. Eligible properties must be replacing non-weather based controllers. No rebates are available for controllers already purchased.
