Crew Maintenance Laborer

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include weeding, turf management, planter and shrub management, groundcover, slopes, flower care, trash removal and tree management. All duties will be performed in a professional and detailed manner.
Qualifications:
Minimal to no experience is required for this position. A driver’s license is not required but is recommended for further advancement. This person must be able to work safely, responsibly and be respectfully. Plant knowledge is not required but limited knowledge is recommended. Also recommended, but not required, is a familiarity of irrigation issues such as how to fix lateral repairs and adjustments, and knowledge on how to maintain and operate landscape-related equipment. Training will be given to educate new employees.

 

Lead Maintenance Laborer

Responsibilities:
This position is for those with initiative to grow within the company to Crew Leader status. This experienced laborer will have responsibilities in weeding, turf management, planter and shrub management, groundcover, slopes, flower care, trash removal and tree management. Education on the job from the Crew Leader to advance will be part of the job.
Qualifications:
Capability of understand and speaking the English and Spanish language is ideal. 2 years of experience is recommended for advancement. A driver’s license is preferred. Spray certification is required. This person must be able to recognize irrigation issues and perform lateral repairs and adjustments to irrigation systems. The Lead Maintenance Laborer will be familiar with pruning techniques and how to apply fertilizer. Plant knowledge is recommended. Limited controller knowledge is recommended. Knowledge of travel direction and route is imperative. This person must be able to work safely, professionally and be respectful.

 

Maintenance Crew Leader

Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Crew Leader will monitor progress of Crew Maintenance and Lead Maintenance Laborers, and direct the onsite team as necessary, while under the supervision of the Account Manager. Responsibilities will include weeding, turf management, planter and shrub management, groundcover, slopes, flower care, trash removal and tree management.
Qualifications:
Must have approximately 2 years of experience. Pesticide spray certification required. Must be accountable and respectful. A driver’s license is preferred. Must be qualified in performing irrigation services and have experience with controllers. Plant knowledge is necessary. Workcrew safety must be enforced always.

 

Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:
The Construction Laborer is responsible for the construction and enhancement jobs on projects. This is position requires much physical labor, heavy lifting, and hard work. The Construction Laborer will also be called on to perform clean-ups and final preparation when necessary.

Qualifications:
Approximately one year of experience is required. A driver’s license is not required but recommended for further advancement.

Construction Foreman

Responsibilities:
The Construction Foreman will play lead role, beneath that of the Account Manager, for the construction and enhancement jobs on projects. This position requires diligent workmanship and this person will take pride in their work. The Construction Foreman will be called on to perform clean-ups and final preparation when necessary.

Qualifications:
2 years of experience is required for this position. A driver’s license is required. Masonry/Concrete experience is highly recommended. Irrigation experience, knowledge and experience in planting layout, and plan reading is also required.

 

Irrigation Technician

Responsibilities:
Irrigation Technicians are responsible for maintaining the watering systems that sustain plant life. The Irrigation Technician will be reliant on to repair, maintain, and install irrigation systems including mainline, valve, wire, controller and lateral lines, in a professional and efficient manner. All items purchased for repairs will be logged, accounted for, and billed by the Irrigation Technician.

Qualifications: 2 years of irrigation experience is required. CLT irrigation certificate is preferred.

 

Account Manager

Responsibilities:
As the Account Manager, responsibilities will be to manage, coordinate and monitor the performance and quality of crew duties relative to landscape. The Account Manager will be proactively approaching all appointed projects constantly and keeping continuous communication with clients on issues and solutions as they arise. The Account Manager will note and address challenges on sites with personnel and ensure the follow through of the task is completed in a timely manner. The Account Manager will train personnel on safety and the long-term consequences of not being safe. Educating crew leaders and crew members on proper techniques to expedite the processes will be an ongoing mission. The Account Manager will implement and monitor that all company policies are upheld. This position requires the attendance and preparation of onsite walkthroughs with clients. To track progress, pending issues, and successful completion of work needed for accounts, the Account Manager will generate and execute monthly punch list items. The Account Manager will also be responsible for generating enhancement sales by recognizing opportunities for enhancements and providing recommendations to the client.

Qualifications:
2 years of experience is preferred. Communication, team playing and leadership skills are mandatory. Bi-Lingual candidates are preferred. Verbal and written communication in English is required. Must be accountable and take on responsibility willingly. CLT certification is recommended. Computer literacy is preferred. Knowledge of the email system is preferred.

Regional Manager

Responsibilities:
The Regional Manager is responsible for constantly providing quality service; this includes relationships with clients, co-workers, and output of work. The Regional Manager is assigned to a region, or various locations, and is responsible for overseeing several crews. The Regional Manager will be in direct supervision of Account Managers and keep open and constant communication with their team. Communication will also be continuous with clients; this will include monthly walkthroughs of which punch list preparation is required. Responsibilities will also include generating clear and concise proposals, and reports – including the punch list system report. The Regional Manager will conduct meetings as necessary and be an integral contributor to discussions and solutions to benefit the success and growth of the company and its’ clients. Attendance of board meetings is required when necessary to solidify relationships with clients. Safety will always be a pressing and imperative goal on a daily basis and will be enforced by the Regional Manager to their team always.

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in the industry is required. Design skills, certificates, degrees in this field are a plus. Bi-Lingual candidates are preferred. English speaking and writing skills are required. Must be computer proficient. Must possess refined communication skills, be a team player as well as a leader. Must be accountable and take on responsibility willingly. Must be able to manage and run a budget.
