Regional Manager

Account Management

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for constantly providing quality service; this includes relationships with clients, co-workers, and output of work
  • The Regional Manager is assigned to a region, or various locations of San Diego County, and is responsible for overseeing several crews
  • The Regional Manager will be in direct supervision of Account Managers and keep open and constant communication with their team
  • Communication will also be continuous with clients; this will include monthly walkthroughs of which punch list preparation is required
  • Responsibilities will also include generating clear and concise proposals and reports – including the punch list system report
  • The Regional Manager will conduct meetings as necessary and be an integral contributor to discussions and solutions to benefit the success and growth of the company and its’ clients
  • Attendance of board meetings is required when necessary to solidify relationships with clients
  • Safety will always be a pressing and imperative goal on a daily basis and will be enforced by the Regional Manager to their team

 

Qualifications:

  

  • 5 years of experience in the landscape industry is required
  • Design skills, certificates, degrees in this field are preferred
  • Must be able to manage and run a budget
  • Communication, team playing and leadership skills are mandatory
  • Must be accountable and take on responsibility willingly
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Verbal and written communication in English is required
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Knowledge of the email system is preferred
  • A valid California Driver’s License is required
